1-Year International Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
At Loha Custom, we take pride in delivering high-quality electronic products designed for reliable everyday performance. This 1-Year International Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy (“Manufacturer’s Warranty” or “Warranty”) provides limited coverage against manufacturing defects for qualifying electronic products purchased directly from Loha Custom.
This Warranty begins on the original order date and applies worldwide.
Products Covered (Electronics Only)
This Manufacturer’s Warranty applies exclusively to the following products:
- 3-in-1 Wireless Charger
- 3-in-1 Wireless Foldable Charger
- iPhone Wireless Charger Stand
- American Black Walnut 65% Keyboard
Products not listed above are not covered under this Warranty and instead fall under the Craftsmanship Guarantee Policy.
What the Manufacturer’s Warranty Covers
This Warranty covers manufacturing defects in electronic components that affect normal functionality, including:
- Charging malfunctions
- Internal circuitry or wiring defects
- Electronic component failure
- Structural issues directly caused by a manufacturing defect
If a covered defect is confirmed, Loha Custom will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace it with a new, refurbished, or equivalent model
Exclusions — Damage NOT Covered
The following are not covered under any circumstances:
1. Normal Use & Cosmetic Wear
- Scratches, dents, or scuffs
- Discoloration or fading
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
2. Accidental or Improper Use
- Drops, falls, impacts, or crushing
- Liquid exposure or moisture damage
- Heat, sun exposure, or environmental damage
- Use of incompatible cables, chargers, or adapters
3. Unauthorized Alterations or Repairs
- Self-repair, disassembly, or modification
- Third-party repairs or servicing
- Removal or damage to labels or serial numbers
4. Storage or Environmental Conditions
- Damage from humidity, condensation, or extreme temperatures
- Long-term exposure to heat sources or direct sunlight
5. Non-Electronic Items
All wood, hybrid wood, aluminum–wood, or other non-electronic items are not covered under this Warranty.
They are covered under the Craftsmanship Guarantee Policy.
How to File a Warranty Claim
1. Contact Us
Email hi@lohacustom.com with:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the problem
2. Return the Product (If Requested)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Loha Custom is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Inspection & Verification
Loha Custom will inspect the product.
Loha Custom’s determination of cause, eligibility, and coverage is final and binding.
4. Resolution
- Approved Claim: Loha Custom will repair or replace the product with a new, refurbished, or equivalent model.
- Denied Claim: The product will be returned at no cost, with no compensation provided.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Loha Custom’s liability is limited solely to repair or replacement of the defective product.
- Loha Custom is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or property
- Personal injury or property damage arising from use or failure of the product
No other warranties—express, implied, or statutory—apply beyond what is written in this Policy.
Warranty Period
- Valid for 1 year from the order date
- Applies only to the original purchaser
- Non-transferable
Loha Custom reserves the right to modify this Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy at any time without notice.
